Built over Penn Station’s 1911 train yard, Hudson Yards is the city’s newest master-planned, mixed-use development. We’ll see the completed the controversial art installation, the Vessel. Then to the High Line, now a 1.45-mile public park with new apartment buildings, & art installations along way.
